Don't stay there if you have a large group of any more then 10 campers. We called ahead and asked if they had a group site and they said they did. Sites are hard to read where the boundaries are. Also quiet hour means bed time there. No quietly sitting around the fire chilling.

Great state park. There are plenty of things to do there. They have a visitor center with programs, zip lining for the adventure in all of us and also hiking. The camping sites are nice. They are not very private and shaded with trees. They also have cabins to rent.

It is a nice campground. There is showers on site and depending on the time you get to the showerhouse it may be a cold one. Nice small lake within walking distance along with a beach. There is also a few hiking trails near the campground.

I have stayed here twice. There is a pet section and a non pet section in this campground. There is also showers and clean bathrooms here. Plenty of trails and attraction to explore. Gettysburg is close enough for a day trip as well as Antetium.

I love this campground. It has wooded camping sites. There is spaces for rv and tents which is nice. There are a couple of sites that have a path to the creek that flows behind the campground.There is also plenty of hiking trails to be completed around the campgrounds of various levels from beginner to more strenous.

Great place to go tent camping and hiking. The sites are free and are first come first serve. Highly recommended you bring your own water or container to fill at the spring down the road.
