There was plenty of space for my short bus and it was close to a lot of OHV/mountain biking trails. The BLM backs up to Arches NP. I camped here for 2 weeks and met quite an assortment of people from all over with tons of different hobbies. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

It’s about 2 miles down from a convenient store and 12 minutes out from town (I’m sure if you drive a smaller rig, it’s under 10 minutes).
