Very Quiet and Peaceful

Nice campground, with 2 catch and release ponds. There are 30 & 50 amp spots, a cabin, for larger group, seasonal lots…..for rent by the year, and a shower house with flushing toilets!! Nice campground, close to nearby Salt Fork State Park, with a camp store on site.

Quaint, & Quiet!!

Great smaller park, (1,000+acre) with easy access to the interstate. My Grandsons Love that the water is clearer than most lakes here in Ohio!! The campsites wrap around the lake, so most of them are Very close to the lake!! Since it is a smaller lake, there isn't any high speed water activities to interrupt your fishing! Great for kayaking, which you can rent at location. There is a playground and a basketball court. And a nice icecream shop with reasonable prices, right at the entrance.

Fabulous, Numerous Activities!!

Salt Fork State Park is Amazing!! There is 'something for Everyone' here; from the lodge, golfing, boating, fishing, hiking, camping, trail rides, hunting, pontoon boat rides, boat and kayak rentals, primitive camping, camping with your horses, a beach, and numerous other options!! If your BRAVE enough, You can explore 3 different known areas where Bigfoot has been sighted, on numerous occasions, thru the years!!

Small lake, with a boat ramp, and a boat dock, to fish off!!!

Very quiet, with beautiful picnic and camping spots!! Very reasonable, day use fees @7$2.00 per person to fish, $5.00 to launch your boat. Location is Very Informative, as you drive in, there are signs with the '800' # to get a fishing license, or) permit. There is an 'Honors Box', and envelopes provided, for on site payment, for fishing or boating. Very Quiet and Peaceful, this could change, as we arrived at 1:00 A. M.!! 😁💖
