Good sites all right next to the creek. Hot springs just a short jaunt up the trail at the end of the campground. Great hosts.
Stayed here for a few days. Friendly hosts. Clean bathrooms and great sites right by the creek. The hot spring is just a 1/4 mile walk up a path at the end of the campground. Definitely recommend this place.
Nice oasis. Clean bathrooms and good sized sites. Even sites have the table and pit on the back side of your trailer. Lots of skeeters to take your spray. We also ran into a couple bull snakes.
Spent Labor Day weekend here. Close to lost lake. A bit tight road around the camp, but I've seen 5th wheelers in there. Clean sites, even some ADA sites. When you see the sign, hang a left or it's 2 more miles before you can turn around with a trailer.
Great spot tucked into the trees. Some sites are a bit cramped, but enjoyable. Cool trails and nearby water to keep the kids occupied. The road is tight but you can get a fifth wheeler in. Every spot looks very easy backing in. No sharp corners, no sacrifices were made in order to back in.
Great campgrounds. Beautiful views. Clean grounds, clean toilets, and within walking distance to the hot spring pool. Highly recommend. Fishing wasn't too bad.
Not for the faint of heart in July without a generator. Woke up at 8am this morning and it's already 90 out. Decent sized spots. Right by the lake. Could be advertised as a weight loss spa because of the heat wave. But we're having fun regardless since the sand dunes are just a couple miles down the road.
We stayed in site 14 for four days. Met some nice folks as we dropped off some wood. Clean bathrooms. We visited Idaho City, Placerville, Centerville, and Pioneerville. Took one day to see Kirkham hot springs. There really isn't too terrible of a spot to park a trailer. My 24' trailer and truck fit nicely.
