Quiet but too many full timers and long term renters.

This place is ok for a one night stop over and the front desk is very friendly.  But there are better options in the general area (although this may be the best option in Bandon specifically).  The park seems to be filled mostly with long term or full time residents.  There aren't many amenities and the sites, while long , and basically just a pad and some rough grass.  My site had old dog feces on it that I had to pick up upon arrival.  Beside that it was generally fine but I don't want to be here more than a night.

Great spot for an overnight stay

This place was a very nice spot for any overnight stay on the way up to Oregon. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There is great shade in our site (A6) and a nice table. Kudos for the large dog park, now if I can only solve for the a*holes who can't be bothered to pick up after their dogs at every dog park I've ever visited. Don't expect a ton of privacy here and the sites are all gravel and/or dirt except for strips of grass in between neighbors. With all that said we will definitely use this as an overnight stop again.

Reasonable price and a great place to stop over for the night

I'm giving this four stars as a quick stopover point- nothing against the resort but Dillon isn't a place we could find much to stay longer term for.  We had a really clean, level gravel site- that was a pull through, for $45 a night.  Fair price and as others have said, the park is clean and very convenient.  Our site was an end site and therefore felt pretty roomy.  During our stay the wifi was pretty horrible, so much so I'd say you should plan to bring your own internet connectivity.  Lastly, there is pretty decent shade on most sites.

Two stars because of the very high cost relative to what you get

The sites at this resort are beautiful.  They are large and in some cases the owners have added beautiful kitchens, sitting areas, fire pits, etc.  In all cases there is really well cared for grass at each site and tons of room.  For the most expensive sites you have a great view of the lake and the other rvs in the lower sites :).  The people are the front desk (shared with the KOA) are very nice, helpful and kind.

Now the reason for the two stars…for $120 to almost $200 a night comparable resorts have many, many more amenities.  There is a very small gym (well equipped from a weights perspective) that also doubles as a business center and sometimes card room.  There is also a small dog run, nothing special.  Othen than that, nothing else, unless you want to go to the neighboring KOA pool area.  The wifi during our stay has been totally useless, if we weren't traveling with our own hot spot we would have had to leave (need wifi for work).

Finally, you may read in other reviews about the small airport that is in front of the resort…I found it mostly to be a fun thing- watching small plans land/take off- and was never bothered at all by any noise.  So basically a non issue or a plus if you like watching planes.

Great location, need to maintain sites better

As others have said the cabins are beautiful as is the entrance. The RV sites have all the basics you need and the park is very quiet and peaceful. The thing I didn't appreciate for the price we are paying is trash in our site and others people's pet waste that hadn't been picked up. Gross. I really hope they upgrade the sites a bit and improve the weeds to grass as it is a great location.

Class A Only Resort- excellent security and beautiful grounds

This place is a real treat, it is not inexpensive but is a fun escape if you want to enjoy a really beautiful, well equipped resort.  They have multiple pools, lovely bbq facilities, a gym, tennis and pickleball.  We also love the little dinner that is just outside the gates- very convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner, although I can only vouch for the breakfast!

If you want a site with specific amenities (site owners have built out different levels of amenities) be sure to ask when you make a reservation.

Perfect spot for an overnight stop

Really quiet, convenient and quite pretty place to stop overnight. We stayed in site 33 which was great because we didn't have to unhook our tow vehicle and you have no one looking in your front windshield. Sites are reasonably spaced and the host was nice and helpful. Will definitely stop here again.

Large sites, lots of space and very clean!

Reiterating what many other reviewers have said, this place is a great place to stop in Northern Utah.  The sites are huge and I love that they aren't jammed too close together.  It has all the basics you need including a nice clean laundry room.  Post covid you can also use the multiple showers they offer in their clubhouse.  While there is exercise equipment in the clubhouse it looks like it is from the 1980s so I wouldn't count on that for your workout! :)

The front desk team was very nice and helpful.  One recommendation for this park- convert your washing machines over to take credit cards and/or mobile payment apps.  Nobody carries quarters any more :)!

It is a solid C+, B-

We've stayed at this campground twice and I struggled between giving it 3 and 4 stars (wish I could give it 3.5!).  I rounded up because it is in a pretty good location which is a pro along with the fact that it is clean and the team there is very nice and helpful.  The cons you may want to be aware of:  Wifi struggles to keep up, especially with everyone working/learning remotely.  And the sites are VERY close together.  We always feel crammed up next to our neighbors - the feeling of which is only exacerbated by putting your slides out.  Finally, yes it is on the virgin river, but the access is pretty small and in the summer it feels pretty crowded and a bit like a water park.  On our recent trip (late Feb 2021) the river also had some kind of bad algae and you were warned to keep all pets, etc. out of the water.  Obviously out of the RV parks control but something to be aware of.
