Awesome sites. Good spot to crash before heading into Sedona. No firewood around. Beautiful skies.

Amazing sites with beautiful views and the ability to be secluded if you choose to do so (4x4 recommended for these areas).

I stumbled upon this area after catching some fish are ashurst lake. What a gem. The area I stayed is about a mile from the lake. I pulled off onto the side roads that lead into the forest and found a lot beautiful sites. The trees are huge and spread out in a beautiful way that gives way to open spaces. I love this place and plan to return. 10/10

Not many spots. Had to squeeze in between a couple people. I’d say there are about 20-25 spots in total if you don’t mind being a little close. What amazing 360 views of the sky. You feel like you are in a globe.

Stopped at this place after realizing most forest roads were closed (mid-April visit). This place is great. Drive as far as you want down the road but there are spots everywhere with great views. People are around but far enough to feel secluded. Might need 4x4 for some sandy areas off the main road.
