Stunning. If you want privacy this is it. You are definitely alone. We went and there was only 1 other camper there - he was kinda weird and wanted to hang out but we politely asked him for privacy (he said he is there a lot). BRING water and fill up on gas before you go. There are 0 resources for you. It’s gorgeous, we will definitely be going back

Love waking up to the beach. It’s close to everyone but it seemed like we were alone because everyone that camped there was really quiet!

Absolutely amazing campground. I pitched a tent at site 2 and had amazing views. No showers, but your camping! Toilets aren’t bad just bring TP and baby wipes. Stars are amazing. You literally cannot go wrong. This is the best campground at Joshua tree

Don’t let google maps fool you. Take the shorter route. You should be on a paved road to get to the campsite. Not a dirt road that you drive a sedan on!

View is gorgeous. We loved it. Gets in the 50s at night. So dress appropriate

Absolutely stunning. I will definitely be coming here again. The sunrise, sunset and night sky were all breathtaking. I loved every bit of it. Va unity was so clean and bathrooms were also very clean.

I loved camping right near the river but did not love the traffic noise at night. The campsites are pretty close together but the bacon it’s is gorgeous and well kept.

I camped here in the winter so it got down to 5°, so make sure to prepare for that.
