Beautiful place, I was only there once seem to be fairly crowded. Nice reservoir access for swimming. And a great hiking nearby.
First off you must reserve ahead of time to get gate unlocked to enter. Once in no fire allowed. Beautiful lake to camp on. Possible cabin rentals.
Great place quiet sound of the river roaring. Never super crowded
Depending on the time of year you come here. Will determine what kind of time you'll have. In the summer it's hard to get a spot and it's very crowded. But if you come in the spring and fall is a very lovely place to be.
It's not so much a campground as a hotel with camping spots for RVs only but very clean.
Went here for a few days and loved it. It's, it's own little piece of heaven. It's quiet and serene. The water of the sound is quite warm here as well.
Amazing little campground all sites except for two or on the river quiet clean bathrooms
Great place lots of fun but it is not a campground… It's a summer camp for teenagers. I myself went there as a teenager.
Beautiful hike. Lots of animal life and plant life. The sites are pretty much as big as you want them to be LOL. The scenery is immaculate. The reason I give caution is Mount Rainier likes to create its own weather. Got trapped and a thunderstorm well there with torrential downpours.
Quiet well spread out. World war II history with bunkers lots of beach great nature walk
Been coming here since I was a little kid. they've done a lot with the common grounds to make it more family-friendly over the years. But the campsites are still the same which are amazing.
Cramped sites, over priced. They have a pool and hot tub with hot showers that were great only because we went a week without one while going through Yellowstone. We did get to watch a great thunder storm roll over us that night.
No running water fire pits with grills next to the river food boxes outhouse pretty basic a good if you're just passing through
Beautiful place quiet only issue was the bugs
Went to this one plus many others and Yellowstone all of them were great for camping and tent or trailer
One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. But be prepared to reserve your spot months in advance.
Places a good one 4 quick access to the freeway to continue a road trip. Packtite not much room for kids to run and play
Quiet serene beautiful beach the kids love the dunes in the water
