We are in site #36, right on the water. Big pine trees & lots of shade. Flat & roomy. Concrete table & crushed rock pad, with nice flat pad for the camper. 30/50 amp, but no water hookups on this loop. There is, however, a drinking water spigot for campers to use to fill their holding tanks…so come prepared to bring drinking water &/or fill your holding tank for flushing, etc. Fantastic view & nice breeze off the water. I'm sure in summer, it'll be really nice to have the water just a few feet away to take a dip. All and all, a really great park. I'm sure as the season picks up into full swing, the sites will be even more maintained & will be in tip top shape. We'll be back.
Great State Park. First time camping there. Bring your own shade, like an Easy-Up canopy, as there are no pavilions on individual sites. 2 ADA sites that are really nice & flat & accessible. We would recommend this park. Staff at Visitor Center was friendly & very helpful with big smiles.
