Stayed for a week during ArtFields Competition. There is nothing about the campground that needs changed. Full hook-up, great wifi, clean like new bathrooms and free laundry. Trash is picked up every morning at the site. Gated grounds that is well maintained. There are some long term residents but everyone is quiet and polite. The train is quite loud, and the town is small and doesn't have a lot to do so it's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. If your in town for a reason, then it's the perfect place…but just not a camping destination.
Ok for overnight stop but wouldn't be a travel destination. Most sites seem to be long term or permanent sites. Very close to neighbor site, with fire pit being extremely close. Water, Sewer, Power, WiFi
Quiet, easy back in, water and electric hook up. TMobile cell service was very spotty. Short walk to Lake with view of lake from campsite.
Well maintained, easy access from I75, full hook up with good cell service. Dog friendly, quiet and patrolled by state park rangers, and Jellico police.
The picnic tables and fire rings are oddly placed at some campsites. Camp store was only open Sat & Sun. Jellico is a very small town, so if you need supplies it is only a short trip to Williamsburg, KY
We are new to campgrounds, so overall it was a good experience for us. Water, Sewer, Electrical and Wifi access was all great. The view of the mountain was good. It was easy access from I75 at Sweetwater exit. But the noise level was high from the road being so close to the campsites. The wood they were selling for $10 was wet and did not make for a easy campfire.
