Nice park.

Nice park but gets super crowded. the sites we had you could definitely have more than 6 people to a site and many sites did just that. never far to a bathroom and easy access to the water. needs a good cleaning as the trails were very littered. We saw the ranger drive by about twice a day.

great little site on the Edisto River.

There is no boat access from the park but there Is access so you can float down the river on Kayaks or floats. Just make sure you have a car further down the road because the currents wIll not let you back up the river. There is an easy trail and Geocaching. Can be really hot in the summer with little breeze.

beautiful views

Great place to camp just not in the Summer as there is no breeze. Also watch out for the hidden catus. There are some beautiful trails and the Jr Ranger frog catching contest was awesome. Small waterfall from the lake down a small hill where a mill use to be and even Geocaching. Very nice bathrooms and showers.

Beautiful Park

Seems that all sites are on the water. Our site was raised up from the water and had a little drop down to access the water. A nearby site had a boat pulled up to theirs. There was lots of deer and made the hike to the bathroom worth it for us. No bitting bugs, but did find the first scorpion I have even seen in this state. Overall one of our favorite trips.
