Quick Stop for Sleep

We parked here overnight for a quick nights rest in the jeep before continuing up to Glacier from Bozeman. Did the job, no amenities, this is definitely just a place to park and sleep in the car, i’m sure you could set up a tent inside the trail but when we went April 2019 there was a moose carcass up the trail and wanted to avoid grizzlies and scavengers lol

Closed Road in April

Parking Lot was open but the road to the campground was closed in April… Ended up sleeping in the car down the way.

Colter Bay Stole My heart

Don’t stay anywhere else but here in the Tetons, incredible views with excellent access to water and incredible sunrise views of the Tetons. 10/10 would do again!

Great Little Stop on the way to the bells

Winter Camped here right by the bench. Great little spot, saw a couple coyotes but they were just curious and walked by. Loves this location, granted it was the winter so there was no traffic after 5 pm and before 10 am

Winter at The Bells

We hiked from Lazy T 7 Ranch where we parked Eden our Jeep. From there we snowshoed a little over 9 miles to Maroon Lake due to the road being closed. We hiked over 3 avalanche fields. We saw some people doing it in Vans however for comfort with our backpacks we stuck with our snow shoes and gaiters, Wet feet are cold feet. It was an incredible hike, a bit challenging and when the sun comes out WEAR SUNSCREEN (see photo of peeling below) Besides that we had the entire lake to ourself all night and morning. What a dream ❤️🙌
