We ended up deep in the ocala national forest. Make sure you look at a map before you go. Once you reach the forest you will lose all reception on phones. Campground states free WiFi but plan to be without. No WiFi worked while we were there. Neat trails and plan to return for summer and warmer weather and will bring atvs. Pet friendly. Seen a black bear roaming at night. John the firewood guy brought wood around for $10 in evening. Nice bathhouse if you need it.
Group of 10 camped. One Rv. One tent. Great views and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the park.

Been here a few times rent camping.plan to return with our new unit soon. Clean facilities. Family friendly. Can bike around campground. Fish off bridge. Kayak from campsites.
The first night we had power surges all night we were told that our spot had an old box that needed to replace. We had to move to A difference by the next day. The springs were gorgeous but make sure if you go you ask for a spot with a newer power supply so you don’t run into the same issue. The park help that lived on site was very rude to my husband and I was told by the store staff that he’s just not a people person. We have a brand new unit and unfortunately lost one electronic device due to power surges. Definitely investing in a surge protector for our unit. Don’t believe we will visit this campground again.
All sites well maintained. Nice shower facilities. Short drive to beautiful beach. Family friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.
