Just purchased our first travel trailer about three weeks ago and have been gone ever since. We have traveled together since we have been together for 15 years. National Parks are our faves.

Great Riverside camping

No hookups of course. There is a toilet available. No light so make sure you take a flashlight at night. Great campsites. Privacy. Larger areas for groups. Fire rings. There are even some geocaches around the area. Great views. Good fishing. Clean and well kept. Make sure you pay and get your ticket at the front when you come in so the “ranger” knows you paid. Pack out what you pack in. Watch for open fire regs.

Umm No

I have never stayed here but I have eaten at the restaurant that is attached. Great food by the way. The place is a dump. You will be disappointed. Please don’t make reservations and show up with your family. It’s tiny and has what looks like long term renters staying there. Sorry Dew Drop!

Great location

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Cody, Yellowstone and The Tetons. They give a Good Sam discount and Military Discount. Nice folks who run the place. Clean. Amenities. Close to everything to do in town. Full hookups. Would stay again. Not crowded although full so easy to get around. There aren’t really any trees in the park so don’t expect shade but other than that great place. We did look around at the other campgrounds while we were in town and were not impressed.

Small Yet Convienent

Very clean RV/tent campground just outside of Billings with full hookups and a lovely area for tent camping. Laundry facilities, showers. We have stayed here a few times while visiting our daughter and the owners have been very kind to us. There is noise from the interstate, train, cows, etc but if you travel you should be used to that. Great stop on the way to Yellowstone, Red Lodge or another fun places nearby.
