We were the only campers on a giant spot right on the river. The grounds are well maintained and stunning. Water is crystal clear and everyone is respectful
The road to get to the campsite was well maintained and easy to get to. Campsites themselves were a tad overgrown but it was the beginning of the season. Seemed to be about a dozen spots to camp. Each site had its own fire pit. Quiet and peaceful.
Was a great campsite for river views and a short drive to glacier national park. River was very deep and a beautiful swim! However it’s a heavily travelled road and the boat ramp was being used quite often.
Great campsite, no bathrooms or running water but there is a gushing river feet from where we set up our tent. The road in was a bit hard to spot but if you use the yield sign as a guide it’s right next to that. Driving into the site was a bit challenging in our Honda sedan but we made do. 2 bars of 5G with T-Mobile was an unexpected plus!
Great views, prairie dogs were so cool to see running around the camp site. Bison everywhere on the drive in and a few even walking around the camp site. Super close to badlands park entrance. Toilets were clean and covered picnic tables were a huge plus! We got there late on a Wednesday night and still found a spot with ease.
Amazing campsite! Views of the Tetons from the front of the tent. Beautiful crystal clear river running right next to the site. It was frigid but perfect for a plunge before a day or hiking the Tetons. there was firewood left behind from the last group that used the site so we returned the favor. Road was a tad rough getting to our site but we were in a Honda civic and we were just fine. Bring bug spray!
