Spectacular Views Rustic accommodations

Campsite not well marked and difficult to navigate. Stop at gas station first to avoid difficulty finding RV sites. Had trouble with electrical hookup. EMS code showed “open ground” so used the site hookup adjacent. Very helpful, informative and accommodating staff even though our paid reservation was not in their system. Middle of no where. No cell No internet.

We’ll organized and clean

The resort was organized and well kept. Staff was accommodating, friendly and very informative regarding Zion national Park. Store was well stocked and laundry facility worked great. Sites were short, tight and a bit difficult to back in to. Little room for anything other than truck and trailer

Remote

Not an easy place to get to towing a trailer. UT State park representative oversold what was there. When we arrived logs were across the entrances making it impossible to enter or turn around. The entire east side of lake was not accessible for travel trailers. Luckily a private RV resort on the west lake side named Sun bay let us spend the night for free.

Awesome views

20 miles of dirt road with some washboard. Drive slow. Views are worth the time invested. sites are not clearly defined and small. Our 22’ trailer barely fit. Busy with ATV’s and windy. No internet or cell service.

Beautiful scenery

The back drop of the snow capped mountains across the reservoir was spectacular. Prepare for wind. Very clean and well kept spot for boondocking
