Sites are large and easily accessible. Private and close to the lake. Bring lots of bug spray!!!!
The sites were awesome!!! We were so excited when we drove up. Spacious, secluded, just gorgeous. Until we stepped out of our vehicle. We were instantly swarmed by mosquitoes. I’m not talking like a few, I’m talking a few thousand! It was insane!!! We lasted less than two minutes and hopped back in our car swatting and smacking and drove away to find another campsite. :( i really want to camp there but maybe in early spring before the bugs are out.
What a great little place to spend the night. The host is super nice and friendly. You just set up camp wherever you feel like it on her little farmette and enjoy the peace and quiet and privacy that you don’t get in a campground. You have access to a water spigot and a fridge if you need it as well as a bathroom in the house. The sounds of nature and farm animals surround you round the clock. Fyi the rooster is an early (and persistent!) riser!
