Nice campground

This was a nice location for us. There were a few things to do In the campground like hiking on short trails, visiting the fort, fishing. Definitely bring bikes (or rent them at the store) as there is a causeway from the campground to store/fort that is kind of long if you are waking back and forth. Facilities were nice and clean.

Great campground- sites small

This campground is very clean and well kept public areas. It is right in the little Pigeon River and most of the sites are right on the river. They have some yurt-like tents for rent they looked pretty nice. We had site 58- which was nice bc it was larger than many of the sites- it was not right on the river- but short walk to the water. Great facilities and staff was welcoming and helpful in sharing info about local attractions and the Smokies.

Good location

Clean sites and facilities. Staff was very helpful. Sites are a bit on the smaller side and not very private. Great location to see some of the historical sites in the area. Heated pool was great!

Best place this summer!

This was our favorite spot so far this summer. Sites were large and wooded. Great access to Mt Greylock and LOTS of hiking close by. Staff was so accommodating-always willing to spend time giving recommendations.

Great spot

We liked this campground a lot! Lots of trees and shade. Great pool. The sites on the water looked nice- hoping to try for that next time!

Great spot!

Sites are private. There’s a great walking trail connected to the campground. They have good access to the bay beaches and the Cape Cod Rail Trail- although you do have to drive ona busy road to get there.
