Perfect pit stop halfway between LA and Portland. Love staying near Shasta Mtn at this well maintained campsite with showers firewood and views of Shasta and the crags! Worth the lil drive and hike up to the view point. $25 per night for basic with pit and table.

Such a beautiful and straight up magical beach! Tasty lil burger shack which sells beer and ice and anything you could have possibly forgotten. Awesome beach front sites. Hot showers, fun all year round!

Drove in Saturday night in January to find maybe the last spot so book ahead of you can! Found a great spot Sunday once it cleared up which was on the river, premium spots are $50 and regular is $35. Hot showers and a great little lodge store with hot coffee ice and snacks. Can’t wait to go back!

Sweet lil spot right outside Capitola came in on a Monday night and all the premium sites were booked. Direct access to the beach. Showers kinda meh but the rest made up for it!
