A nice campsite for a few days

I was there for a few days on business and didn't maximize fun time. It was clean. I didn't use the facilities. I'd stay here again and explore. I was up against the lake. The front check-in person was nice.

Nice for my overnight stay

Individuals working at the front desk were helpful and nice. The campground was nice. More of an open campground vs. secluded. I didn't use their bathrooms or showers. Many seasonal campers. Live music and friendly neighbors. It was a nice stop as I headed up. I would stay here again if I need an overnight place to stop.

I gave it 4 stars since I didn't stay there for more than one night and didn't experience the campground fully. People were fishing in the river, and kids had places to play. Lots of open places for activities. I'm more interested in the boondocking style of camping.

Winter camping

We camped in late November. A few campers. Quiet and we were able to camp on the river. Very nice owners and he brought us firewood. We burned morning and night and better than finding random expensive bundles. He even brought a tarp to keep our wood dry during a rainy days. We were self contained. Which was best since the bath house was closed for the winter.

A wonderful escape

This is my second time here with my Airstream. Clean and well kept campground. I’d easily tent camping here. A lake and great trails to hike.

Super friendly owners

The site is very clean and well kept up. There are things to do, like hang out by the pond, hot shoes, volleyball. The internet looks fast. Most importantly. The owners were very friendly and went beyond the extra mile.

Private and clean

I enjoyed this campsite. Great hikes and there are trees that separate campsites. Semi-private and a well kept campground.
