Booked this one last minute and it was worth it. Woke up to a nice crisp walk in March with the dogs. Walked along the frozen lake to find sever groups out I’ve fishing. It was fun to watch and get good pictures. No water or dump at site. Only electric hookups 30/50

It was a little windy at the end of February, but not too bad. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed the hiking and town close by. Manitou springs is only 20 minutes away. Co springs is 10 minutes away.

We stayed here for a week after we got our rv for the first time.

We went in the winter so traffic was super low. Mostly just us at the park so we got the 2 giant hot spring pools to ourselves. Soak in mineral rich waters up to 110 degrees in some areas. Full hookups, but no water in the winter due to frozen lines.
