We stayed here during our trip to Providence Canyon they have a ton of sites. Currently they have some sites closed for social distancing procedures. They have multiple little walking trails and great views of the lake. Boat launch and convenient store near the entrance of the park. All in all it was a nice place to camp.
Great site and beautiful lake view on site 16. Access to the beach was a bonus (most public beach access are closed due to covid19). They have convenient kayak and paddle board rentals at the beach access for the lake. They also have a great nature trail that offers wonderful views of the sand dunes. Very close to seaside and some great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. Site had a picnic table and metal fire ring with flip over grill surface for cooking. They sold ice and firewood at the entrance (locked after office closes for the night). Book early and check site availability often this place stays pretty busy. Bathrooms were clean and serviceable.
This is a clothing optional LGBTQ+ campground with a lot to offer. 24hr access to pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with bar, and “dark room”. Small walking trail and pond. 24hr on site hosts. Animal friendly. They do require an annual $20 dollar membership fee. Mixed aged group but very friendly. See their website for special holiday events they have i.e 4th of July, Memorial Day weekend, Halloween, etc.
