We stayed here for a week. The sites are large, with plenty of shade. Partial hook ups.(no sewer) Some sites can be dark under the canopies of fir, cedar and pine trees. Great swim area for families. And a boat launch. There is also a pet area, and you can take your dogs for a swim. Free shorts and very clean bathrooms. Some highway noise but not too bad.
We are from Washington state where it's over $50 a night for a spot at a state park. The need to learn a lesson from this one. This park is very nice! I am sure it's very hot in the peak of the summer months. A few spots have shelters for shade. We came in early October. Really pleasant and quiet. Only water and electric hook up. And a dump station on the way out. $14 a night is a bargain! We would definitely come back if we are in the area. Kudos to the management team!!
They have shelters for shade, that is part of your campsite. (Reserved spot) Just water only. We were here in late September. Very windy, and blowing dust. Thus campground is a little tired and could use some upgrading.
Had campsite #24 A little tight for our 26 foot grand design travel trailer. Limited spots for this size rig. No hookups. Dry camping only. Great beach and access! Beautiful clear water. Very quiet campground. Some road noise but not alot. We would come back again
