In the woods

Banning Mills has 2 parks. 1 that central based are ziplines..90 of them. Great place for the kids or adults who are still kids… Then there's the camp grounds that's about a mile down the road. Very impressive. 1st thing you'll notice is the key card you get at the main office. It opens up these huge Gothic iorn gates. If you don't have a key your not driving in. All the campsites are set back in the woods at different elevations and really cool. It took us about 6 months to get in here. Long waiting list. The rent was $500 a month for a 50amp spot. They have pools and hiking and fishing and zip lines and the tallest man made rock climbing wall…over 100ft tall. They have paddle boats, canoes, fish, snakes, mosquitoes… All.n.all great place. We went during the height of covid 19 so the morning buffet they have was diminished to a plate of food. Cool place.

Dump...Big Dump

This place should be condemned. I stay here cause my work is in the area. I own a tree removal business. I even fell roughly 25 trees in this park in lieu of rent. And that's not a scratch in the bucket. Almost every site is overgrown with Pinetree and sweetgum tree. Rent went up to $750 for a 50amp site and $700 for a 30amp site for the month. There is no club house, no pool, no laundry facility, no waste water dump site(your site has waste water dump), water pressure is low and the solid waste septic tank just got done overflowing for 3 days. I have pics…There's a group of workers that drive around and do …..nothing. This place is a Mobile home and RV park. Nothing good to say about the place. Steer clear of here. I'm leaving on the 1st of March. I have been here for 2 years. Like I said I cut down trees in lieu of rent so it was free.

Broke down and way overpriced

This broke down , dilapidated mobile home and RV park costs ?750 a month for a 50amp slot. $700 a month for a 30amp spot. The city water hook up is plaqued with an orange sediment appearance. The city sewer is constantly backing up. But the biggest danger comes from above…overgrown Sweetgum, pine and oak trees are constantly dropping limbs
