You can't beat the view of the ocean and so close you can hear the ocean at night. That was great. But the park is very small. They say max 35'. We had a heck of a time with our 34 5th Wheel. Almost got stuck. Thanks to some guys and guiding me when trying to come back around inside the park so I didn't have to go back out on PCH and come back in again. The spaces are very tight. Don't get a space my the dumpsters. No smell, but the banging was a pain at night time. They have some stairs down to the beach which is great but depending on the time of year you go the tide comes in so far that it's at the bottom step so you can't go out.
We love this place. spaces are good sizes and easy to get into and out. Park is clean and well kept. Very nice and quiet. Plenty to do whether it is hiking, boating, fishing, or biking, or more. One recommendation, don't take the 154 from just outside of Santa Barbara. It is full of crazy curves and up and downs for what seems like forever if you're in a TT or 5th Wheel. Go up the 101 to Buelton and cut across to on the 246 to the backside of the 154 to the lake. You will thank me.
