Nurse just camping on her days off

Great and close to Sedona

Stayed 1 night coming from Phoenix so I could hike two days in a row. The further down the road the closer you get to the beautiful red rock. The sites are off the main road for ohv trail users so could be dusty but I didn’t mind

Privacy dispersed!

Just happened to find this site after all campsites near woods canyon were full. Sites along this rim road range in size, plenty of trees for shade and hammocks. Established fire pits. Would go back again! Strong AT&T cell service

30 mins away from sedona

Stayed at this spot back in April just for the night to have a full morning of sedona the following day. Many sites, I do think the farther you go on the road the less party/crowded lifestyle people are. High clearance car was a must when I went to pull off to the sites. Would go back again for a free night in sedona

Close to wood canyon lake

There were many numbered we’ll maintained site however having AT&T I had no service and as a solo camper I didn’t want to chance if something happened so I left. Went mid week and there were plenty of site would go back again if I had a group to keep my company

#1 campsite

Off Rim Road this windy rocky road leads you to breath taking views! Along a mountain side there are 3-4 sites in close proximity however still kinda private. Established fire pits. Great tall trees for hammocks, flat rock base in some areas.

Sandy site

Amazing spot on lake Powell! Stay here one night. For a paddle board trip with friends, if you’re wanting privacy this isn’t the site for you as there are LOTs of people along the waters edge. The mid afternoon wind made the sand blow pretty bad so I’d set up early or after the wind time. There were nearby bathrooms with outdoor showers that was amazing !! High clearance vehicle is a must in my opinion as with the blowing sand it could be possible to get stuck.

Amazing views of Sedona

Was a little difficult finding the road to turn off but once found, man is it beautiful. There was probably 3 good size private (ish) sites, nice tall trees for hammocks. Took the dog and she loved it.
