Love this place

This KOA is very beautiful with a great view of the mountains. Although it feels quite secluded, it’s basically right in town so it’s not a far drive to go to stores or restaurants. The bathrooms were nice and the showers were pretty private.

Very comfortable

This is a wonderful KOA campground in a good location not too far from all the activities in the area. The main office and shop was set up nicely and the showers are very private.

Great place

Don’t really have any complaints with this campground. It’s free but because of that it’s not the most developed and it’s down a long gravel road. Other than that it’s in a nice spot with beautiful surroundings and we had a great time here.

Wonderful campground

Had a great time staying here! This campground is very beautiful and all the sites feel quite spacious and not too close to the neighboring sites. It’s also in a great location very close to the entrance of Yosemite. Just make sure that if you’re planning on staying here in fall/winter with the intent of going into Yosemite to check if the road to the park is closed. The road to Yosemite closes just down a bit farther down from the campground a bit. I highly recommend staying here though; it’s definitely one of my favorites I’ve been to so far.

Nice spot

This campground is in a great location near Lake Sabrina and the surrounding trails. There is a creek that runs behind the camp and the fall leaves were beautiful. Some of the sites are right along the road underneath some telephone lines but the majority are beautiful and quite private. Unfortunately no campfires allowed this time of year but that goes for almost all campgrounds in the region.
