Very exciting hike

This hike was very tiring but also very exciting. At some places on the rock, it did get steep but it eventually became a bit more leveled out. The higher you get, the more you can see the gorgeous landscape. There is limited shade, so lots of water will help from all the sun. Overall, this was a great experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Very fun park

It’s a very fun park for the whole family. My boys and nephews enjoyed the water slides. They have activities for all the family. I believe they have movie night every Saturday night. The park is lots of fun buuut it needs a lot of updates

Best Texas state park

My family and I enjoyed the park. I have 3 boys, 4 month old, 5 & 6 year old, they had a blast. The weather was perfect, high 90s and low 60s. The park and views are just breath taking. Love that the restroom are very clean. We stayed in campsite 70. FYI very little shade, no water spout on site, and restroom are a little far. We went during the 4th of July, and went to the top of the mountain to watch the fire works. Very nice park, we will definitely be back.

Always fun

Love the natural spring pool. It was our first time coming after renovation and it’s still beautiful. I bought a online day pass for between 8am-3pm and it was great. The weather was 100 degrees and the water was nice cold. The whole family enjoyed. I would definitely be back, worth the 8hr drive from Houston.

Nice park for the whole family

I took the whole family for a weekend getaway. We loved the park, it was our first time tent camping here and it did not disappoint. It has a swimming area, trails, fishing, and playgrounds. The park was very nice and clean, the showers had door! We will definitely come back.
