It was super hot in the afternoons and you really have no privacy from the campers around you. It was nice having shower facilities but they weren’t the cleanest. The lake was nice to cool off in. There was a very assertive donkey that had no issue trying to steal our food. Be sure to keep food contained at all times or you might get a donkey thief.

Nice spot to camp with plenty of options for privacy. Steep hike to the water but it was worth it. The water seemed quite clean. We could hear some noise from the road but it was infrequent and didn’t happen much after 10 pm. Great trees for shade. It rained while we were there but it was never too intense. Got a bit chillier than we were expecting though!
