This campground was great. Quiet, great fire pits, clean bathrooms, firewood and starter for sale plus access to day use area. The lake next to the campground is beautiful and has plenty of picnic tables and grills for use. Close to hiking trails and the city of Bennington.

The campground is great. Clean bathroom, showers up the road, water, grey water disposal. Need to bring in your own firewood. Across the street is a hiking trail and close to an Acadia National Park entrance. Easy to get to Bar Harbor, Jordan's Pond, The bubbles and more. Had a great time. Only reason we didn't get 5 stars is because it was a little crowded

This was my first BLM land experience so I guess they're a few spots you can reserve and pay for. However I found a bunch of free camping spots. The views here are ridiculous. There are bathrooms and it's the closest too Canyonlands. Might be a little hard to find spots on a busy weekend but totally awesome camping spot.
