Nice large and level sites, booked last minute and no problem to get in.
Booked this one our way across the country, easy access off 40, nice level sites, very easy check in even after hours.
Small campground, sites are nice but most do not give much privacy, which in this beautiful setting would be nice.
Nice older campground, some sites are spacious other may be tight for larger units. Overall good experience, very friendly staff. It’s literally 20 min to old Santa Fe, which is great.
Stayed here to visit Bryce and Zion, decided this would be a good camp spot between the parks. Booked last minute and was able to get 2 nights with full hook ups. Pool is good to cool off, not huge but does the trick. Overall a little older place but well maintained. It’s a higher elevations the Zion and anything around Kanab, makes for cooler nights.
It’s a nice campground, large and good seize of sites. Very friendly staff, good pool but it’s a good drive to the caves.
Clean spacious sides, just off the highway but not to close. We spend one night on our way west.
Stayed at Dark sky for 2 nights, reserved a nice spot with a great view. Met the owners at a social event that they host on Thursdays. Great place and great people. Make reservations, it’s small with big spacious sites.
Stayed for 3 night over Easter, very easy check in, I was actually contacted in the morning of our arrival to confirm that we are still coming. Check in was simple and fast. The sides are spacious enough and pretty level. 10 min to the beach and lots to do for kids.
Went here for a weekend hiking and hanging out. Did know what expect and was positively surprised. Large sides, well spaced. Many hikes right off the campground and a nice waterfall. We will come back
We stayed at one of the small loops, waterfront right at a small cove. Site 77 Very nice side, some shade but decent water access. No problem to Launch the canoe and the sup. Large side with water and electricity hook up. We will be back for sure. Buy wood in town on the way in, the camp Host does not sell wood.
Arrived late, be aware this is a good 5 -10 minutes down a dirt road (after a rainy night it was not pretty pulling my trailer back to the highway). Hook ups where good, considering the remote location not much space between the sites and how large this place is. Did not use the facilities.
For a KOA in town it is ok, the spots are close together, had a back in site which as described was close to a creek, but no mention of the highway right behind the creek. Seems a lot of long term campers. Everything worked just fine, did not use any of the amenities (it’s the COVID summer after all) so cannot say much. Cool tiny home was parked 2 spots down!
Very nice location, great access to nice hikes.
Booked last minute a 20amp site, unfortunately hook up was on the wrong site which was not very convenient. Very strict owners, had my vehicle slightly on the grass and was told that I had to move it. Otherwise good campground.
Stayed one night before getting to the Rocky Mountains. Located in a small town the setting is not ideal, but good enough if you are passing through. Used the shower facility, which was ok. Nice people and very accommodating.
Was not sure if I wanted a KOA but if you want direct view from your campsite off the tower, this is the place. Well run campground.
Full service campground, clean and all amenities are well kept. Lower rating due to the price, we visited in July and paid with Good Sam discount $95/night!
These days even this campground fills by 11:00 so we went early and managed to get a site. Clean, well organized and close to what we wanted to see. Only one clean water access which is in the same row as the dump stations which means sometimes it may take a while until you can fill up, but that is a minor inconvenience.
Really awesome views and close to the west entrance if the Rocky Mountain National park. Spacious sites, we had water view which we all enjoyed. Would definitely go back.
