Great lil spot. Had a really nice campfire with a view of the lake. Recommend having 4wd or AWD since the road gets sandy and there are signs warning you to have 4wd.

Went here on a Saturday and there was only one other car on the entire lakebed. Really beautiful, peaceful, isolated area.

Very windy, but large area so tons of room to spread out and camp. We drove closer to the water in our awd car

Really nice area. Only one other person on a Thursday night. Room for 5-6 different campsites, plus overflow onto the road. Next to the dunes. Highly recommend hiking up them.
