Money Creek

Money Creek is a great place for easy and new campers. It’s not a long drive from the city of Seattle. You have the river to play with in the hot summer days and have enough room to play around your site. It’s pretty noisy though with the river flowing and cars constantly going through the tunnel near by and even sometimes honking.

Skykomish

Skylomish is a fairly short drive away from the city but towards the mountains. You have a great view of the water in some places and it’s still pretty peaceful and quiet. The only noise you’d probably hear is the trains and the cars passing on highway 2.

Silver Lake RV park

This RV Park is good enough to get away from your home and maybe for a weekend staycation. You’re still in the city but still away from home and still have a pretty good view of the water from the park.

Camano Island

Camano Island is a great campground for newly and/or easy campers. It’s a bit far enough a way from the city but not too far away of a long drive. The view of the water is perfect and you’re able to get peace and quiet.

Cedar Springs

cedar springs is a quiet campground with a playground and stages and has many hikes you can take! It’s very isolated and a great place if you want to get away from the city!

Dash Point

Dash point is one of the cleanest campsites and parks I’ve been to. The beaches are very close to the sites and have lots of room for kids and dogs to hangout and cool off from the heat!

Moses Lake

I love this place because it’s so spacious and they have a playground for children to play. There’s a lot of shooting stars at night. But the lake was a bit muddy and had lots of grown seaweed.

Heaven

This place has been getting more known as the years go by and also recognition from Twilight. This place is gorgeous with lots of room to run around, have bonfires, picnics and play in the sand. I love seeing the sunset especially at this place. Every cabin and campsite I have been to has been very clean. Everyone here was so welcoming and had friendly faces!

Camping Paradise

This place is my favorite campsite! It’s very isolated from other campsites and you have the river right by you to enjoy and to beat the heat! The water may be cold, but it’s perfect for those hot 90 degree and up days.

Deception Pass

This is one of my favorite campsites! It’s near two beaches with endless of space to have barbecues, picnics, bonfires and more! This site gives you enough space for your family but too much space since sites are very close to each other. It also has narrow roads. But still a great place to camp!

The most popular lake in Washington

This lake is very well known all around Washington state! It’s perfect for families and people with boats to have endless fun in the sun! And if you don’t have a boat, you can easily rent one near by or even a jet ski or go parasailing. Lake Chelan is really known for having in the water. This campsite is very clean and have dozens of great campsites to pick from. But since it’s so popular, you may need to compete with reservations as this place gets booked fast!

Big Lake with Big Personality

This campsite is great for simple campers. There’s the lake where you can rent out kayaks and stand up paddle boards during the summer. It’s about windy there and they’re known to be a hotspot for mosquito bites! Also perfect for group camping since they have a group site that is spacious! It even has a launching dock for groups who wish to go boating.
