Nice campground sites mostly tucked up in the treeline. Hiking nearby
Gorgeous old campground with nice beach area.
Quiet private sites lots of tree close to town lots to explore
Nice place to walk in the woods, camping by permit, short drive from Springfield, high traffic
Lovely area but you can hear the vehicles that drive by on the highway plenty of hiking nearby
Lots of hiking in the area plenty of waterfalls nearby usually very peaceful
Awesome beach area (gravel bar) nice campground well cared for super busy peak season nice hiking trails
Lake camping isn't my favorite because often times the sites are too close together for the privacy and quiet that I prefer that being said Hawker point is my favorite lake campground. Many sites are well spaced and shaded. Campground host is friendly
Some walk in sites, some drive up sites very basic. Vault toilet fire rings and picnic tables. Pack in pack out
Absolutely stunning in the fall. Great swimming hole. Lot's of waterfall hiking nearby. Primative
Quiet, plenty of private campsites. Free. Gorgeous in the fall. Primative.
