Pretty crowded campsite but the sites are nicely spaced. Lots of vans and RVs, not a ton of tent campers. Quick little walk to the river for gorgeous views. A bit loud at night but not too bad. Clean Bathrooms with running water. No showers. Great spot for the price (free lol).
Not reaaally a campsite per se, but there are a few spots that can be used for camping. Probably wouldn’t want to tent camp here, not a lot of flat cleared ground, but we found a small clearing that was perfect for a night. No amenities, so bring your own camp stove, tables, chairs, etc. It was very beautiful and private but it’s right off the high way so you can hear traffic all night. Ideal if you’re just looking for somewhere to crash before you get back on the road.
Pretty standard campgrounds in a state park. Not too crowded and everyone was friendly and respectful. Showers and toilets (we didn’t use them but they’re there). We just stayed for a quick overnight but it was mostly pretty quiet and pleasant. No real complaints.
Beautiful spot by the river. Kind of crowded for how secluded it was, but we got a good camp site by a gorgeous old cottonwood tree that provided some privacy. Downside is people come in and out all night long to load boats in and out, which got obnoxious, but overall we had a really nice night there.
