The host at this campgrounds were so nice and accommodating and they were constantly working to make the place look and feel amazing! Love this place!
Stayed we with a friend here to do some surficial geology in the Bitterroots Mt. It was a really nice central area to work out of and it had all we needed from a long day in the field. The host was pleasant to talk to and the place was clean.
Spent the weekend here mainly because it was cheap and I was really happy with what I got. The campsites were a little small and crowded if you have a bigger group and there wasnt any portable water. Despite this, it was really clean and nice.
Nice place to take your family. This is a good place for beginner campers could be a little dull for the extreme outdoorsman. Cool history to read and awesome seeing all the wild bison. Very clean, well maintained and welcoming.
Moderately clean place to stay. The trails are pretty easy but could be a little better maintained. The area itself is very pretty and the water is clear with a ton of fish.
Not an amazing place but it works for the area. Bathrooms aren't the cleanest .
Really had a lovely time. Very easy hiking and the trails are kept up with no signs of litter.
I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. The campgrounds are well maintained and the paths in the area are really great. The lake is beautiful and there is wildlife everywhere you look!
This place is very beautiful and it just has the basic amenities that you need: 1 bathroom and a few tables. Be aware that there isn't any portable water (at least from what I saw). Because of how primitive this campsite is, this is what gives it, its charm. I will go back soon.
This is a great area to go out and ride trails for days. The campground is really forested with water running near by. Very peaceful.
Beautiful area with alot to do. I personally use a tent every time I camp but the amenities that were provided here were pretty nice. This place seems like it was made for RV camping.
Beautiful area to get out and have a picnic. The area is well maintained and it seems like a lot of people from the city take advantage of this place. Awesome!
Its always nice to get out of the populated areas but you can still hear traffic in the distance especially in the winter months. For the price they provide a lot of area and nice amenities.
I rent a little cabin and it was really nice. I usually camp with tents but with the Georgia heat and all the bugs I wasnt going to deal with it this time. I would recommend the same. The cost is fair and they are clean.
We were able to attend the fair last year and like most fairs, there aren't amazing, but the location is very beautiful especially in that time of year. I would go back if I was in the area.
This was one of my favorite campgrounds that I have been to in a while. I loved the views of the lake and the fact that the campground is very secluded. Great place for family fun!
The cabins were very homie and clean with great amenities. There were plenty of things to do in the nearby area such as: golfing, swimming, fishing and hiking. Hopefully I will be back soon.
This place is beautiful, and the host were wonderful. My girlfriend and I had a great time just relaxing and taking in the views.
I have been here about three times and everytime I have been lucky enough to get great weather. My girlfriend and I spend most of the day hiking and playing in the water. The picnic areas were well maintained and I would recommend this place to anyone and their family.
Really quaint area with great history. I was really into hearing how this was the moonshine capital of the world at one point. The campgrounds are nice and close to some beautiful hiking.
