Small campground on a lake. Pretty and quiet. Recent work on campsites to create level sites. Enjoy camping there.

Roosevelt was one of the first state parks in MS. It is heavily wooded around a pretty lake. I prefer the older side of the lake. Has larger campsites and less activity.

Stumbled across this campground while camping elsewhere a couple of years ago. Looked so pretty and clean. Stayed here last November. The campground had only a few campers during the week. We were right on the river, and even though it was cold and wet, we had a great time. Are staying at Greenbrier next week and looking forward to it.
