Great campsite! Sites not to closely packed next to each other. Can find your peace within a well maintained campground! Many trails easily accessible from the campground. The trails within the forest connect very well together and are very well maintained and marked! Can easily make a big loop and see many beautiful arches! Went on a 3 week road trip through this area and this spot was hands down my favorite! So many things to see and do and this campground was a great home base! And the host is so amazing and helpful!
Nice campground! Some sites were very muddy, but too be expected in the early spring! Plenty of sites to choose from day of and ended up with a loop nearly to ourselves. Though the other people who did come in were partying loud into the early morning hours. Still overall pleasant experience. Expensive but has a fun little disc golf course which always makes my boyfriend happy!
Awesome tiny campground! Only 6 spots all first come first serve and very cheap! What a wonderful find! Right along the creek where native brook trout reside. Great fly fishing in the area and the hiking is beautiful! Great loop trail ranging from a few miles to 7 miles depending on the loop, starts right behind the campground! Highly recommend this campground if you can get a spot!
Great fairly easy hike. Some mediocre hills. Very remote but site does reserve up to 14 people with several camping areas and fire pits. Great spot for hiking to the Abrahams falls. Site is right along creek! Great when you have it to yourself, but would be skeptical to go again knowing that your back country experience wouldn't be so remote….
Great campground when not busy. Sites right next to each other. We were the only ones there the night we were there and it was really lovely. Lots of trash along the shore, very sad to see. Wonderful campground hosts!
