Good for a quick stop over. Quiet and never crowded. Clean bathrooms. Right on the river with easy access to the 5.
This park is beautiful and well maintained. The camp hosts are an adorable older couple, super friendly. Lush area with lots of tree cover. Quick 5 minute trail walk to ocean. This camp gets very cold with all of the shade. Lots of families but very quiet. Clean restrooms and free showers.
Loved this spot, it’s a little gem next to Sisters. There are some incredible sites available right on the water. Great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Super quiet/large site areas. Friendly hosts. Pit toilets/no showers.
Busy campground, lots of families and kids. Each campsite has foliage/trees for privacy. Well maintained. I would pick a site that isn’t next to the bathroom trail or you’ll have someone walking through your site every 5 minutes. Each site is Steps away from beach access. Awesome Tide pools in the morning.
We had this campground booked 3 months in advance for 4th of July. Imagine our surprise when we arrived after a day of driving and site seeing at Crater Lake to find another family in our campsite. After they flat out refused to leave, we discovered there was no camp host to resolve the issue. Since there was no camp host there was also no one to clean the bathrooms or restock TP. Total sh*t show on a busy holiday weekend, mosquitoes EVERYWHERE. Never again.
Off a busy highway. Dusty. Sketchy. Dirty. Lake Klamath across highway is beautiful! 🤷♀️
