Well maintained state park. Spaces are large and fairly level. Close to Mount Saint Helen.
Birch Bay is a beautiful camp ground. Camped here in a motorhome. Only some of the sites have water and electric and non had on site dumping. The spaces are very close. The camp bathrooms and showers were very clean and reasonably priced. The beach was a short walk from the campsite. Beach is rocky and clean.
Beautiful park on the river. Spaces are close and full hook up is on available in the center of the park. Host is very present. We were in space 80 it was gravel but not level. This park is right next door to Maryhill State park which also offers camping options. WiFi was spotty.
This campground has a beautiful view, however it is next to the active railroad tracks. Hence it was difficult to sleep with the blowing horns. The RV sites are close and the hook ups are at the back of the pull through site. Nice pool and play area. Camps WiFi was poor, T-Mobile and Verizon were spotty.
This camp site is an older campground. The connections were in odd locations for my motorhome. The electric and sewage were at the end of the pull through. The swimming pool is Small but was refreshing on a day when the temp was 109. The best part of this location was the hospitality of the host. We were in space 30 and it was in full sun.
Stayed at this campground 3 nights in one of their pull through RV sites. (Sites 8r and 5r) the site was paved and level and had a full hook up. The full hook up sites are in the middle of the camp, thus can be a little noisy. The more scenic sites are along the lake and are gravel and only have electricity at the site. The play ground got a thumbs up from our youthful traveler. And the park has a lovely loop for bike riding and walking the dog. Would certainly come back.
Whispering Hills Jellystone is a great location for family fun. I can not say enough about how accommodating and helpful the staff was during our visits. There is plenty of activities for families and the dog park was a bonus.
The views at Deception Pass are spectacular whether you are standing on the bridge above or down on the beaches. We saw seal and sea lions playing in the water close to shore. There were owls in the RV campsite. The only draw back that would make me think twice about booking this location again is the constant noise from the military planes running drills in oak harbor.
Well maintain park. Spacious RV campsites and fairly private among the old growth trees. Trail to the beach was beautiful.
This small campsite is worth a visit. Breath taking view of the ocean and just minutes to the ferry. Book early if you need or want full hook up as there are limited sites with full hook up available.
