These are primitive camping spots. We chose this campground because it was close to Leavenworth but we could still have a fun camping experience. We also checked out the Eightmile Lake Trail nearby for a pretty hike to an alpine lake. The camping spots were large and had level ground. It's also right next to the river so it's fun to explore. Neighbors were friendly and quiet at night.
Large campground with RV sites, tent camping area, and cabins. There is a clubhouse with a pool, board games, and movies. They also have a swing set, horseshoes, beach volleyball, and mini golf. Neighbors were friendly and it was quite at night. There is also a laundry facility and we like to go to Long Beach and Astoria nearby for the markets on the weekend.
I was looking for somewhere to stay near the gorge that wasn't crazy and loud with campers. While this is an RV park, they let us choose wherever we wanted to set up tents. They had bathrooms and showers that were well kept and the place was quite. I only gave it 4 stars because the staff and people that stayed there were very peculiar. Not bad, just odd.
