Best park in North Carolina

This is the most beautiful hiking trails in the world! A lot of climbing rock slopes and ladders with scenic views from 6000 ft plus elevation. Campground stays packed so make reservations unless you primitive camp in the National Forrest nearby. The Blue Ridge Parkway is rated the # 1 scenic drives in America. Enjoy these pictures, it was raining and very windy so more pictures coming!

More than just a campground

This is one of North Carolina’s best waterfall parks. Rainbow Falls, Turtel Back Falls and Bust your Ass Falls. The Visitors Center has free parking for RV’s and Vans theirs numerous primitive sites and I found a Gem of a site about 2 miles from the parking lot.

High Falls

A very beautiful mountain waterfall trail to High Falls. The rock steps where amazing.

Fall Creek Falls

One of the cleanest most beautiful campgrounds I’ve ever been to. Awesome hiking for all skill levels. The waterfalls and swimming holes are what most people come to see. The suspension bridge was AWESOME!

War Hill Campground

Very secluded area on Lake Lanier

Amicalola Falls

The largest waterfall in Georgia and the 3rd largest in the Southeast. They have paid camping and you can also hike the AT trail and find free remote camping.

Panther Creek

As I was hiking Panther Creek to the base of the waterfall I saw 10-15 camp sites where you can camp for free, primitive style!

Linville Falls

At the top of Linville Falls you can hammock camp on a Rock are within 50 feet of the Waterfall.

Upper Hemlock Falls/Clarksville

From the parking lot you cross the creek 200 yards pass Hemlock and go 3.2 miles to the Upper Hemlock Falls and at the top of the waterfall there’s about 3 o 4 camping spots.
