Nice campground our site,226, was secluded but all rocks and tree roots on ground. Lots of tripping hazards in the dark and sharp rocks under tent. Trails are amazing. Bathrooms are clean enough. Did not use showers. Visitor center staff was friendly and informative.

Relatively private site as most sites are behind you. Beautiful view of prairie ans badlands in the distance. Picnic table shelter is positioned so you have shade in the afternoon. Shelter doubled up as a great place to hang our hammocks. Careful it can get very windy here!
