This place has a boat dock and lots of good fishing! Lots of wildlife too. We met a super cute raccoon. Really nice big place to tent. We had a great time will come back.
We stayed here on a nice warm weekend. There is a huge building you can rent a room in or over 200 campsites with water and electricity. We camped in a tent and enjoyed the swimming and fishing from Lake Michigan. Very nice and clean. Employees were helpful and told us of a great fishing spot!!!
West Virginia at its finest! Blue stone state park is right next door to the lake so there are wonderful water activities here. There is a marina where we got to rent a boat and the catfish were plentiful. Where we camped in the state park it was really pretty rugged. Mountains and lots of trees, shrubbery to navigate through. They had a swimming pool and it was clean. I loved the lake. Big and beautiful. Great time on the water!
We had never been crabbing and this beautiful rv park has its own crabbing pier. There is boating, hiking, watching wild life and so many pretty birds. This place was clean and quiet and everyone was very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!!!
Where to start? This place is named appropriately! It is beautiful! Nice clean water for swimming in the beach area. Wonderful viewing of wildlife, and nice trails for hiking and biking. The restrooms were clean and the ranger we met was very nice. We are planning to come back here again, it is one of our fav places!
This is a nice big place to camp. About one third of the spots are lake front and the fishing is awesome. There's also a swimming pool, hiking, horse shoes and boat rental. Nice clean bathrooms and some of the campsites have internet available!!
This is a very simple campsite. Great place for hiking biking and wild flower observation.
New canyon campground very rocky good for climbing.
Clear creek is a nice quiet relaxing family camp place. Swimming was nice. There is a playground near campsites and cabins if you would like one.
Devils lake state park is a busy place. Over 2 million visitors a year! Climbing is popular and there are people to help teach you. Lots of nice camping sites.
Beautiful, peaceful woodsy area with lots of trees and wildlife to watch. There is swimming, fishing, boating, hunting and plenty of trails. About 140 campsites but only half with electric.
Deer creek is very nice. Boating, camping, lodges and even golf! There are great trails, fishing and some waterfowl hunting too! It was very pretty here.
This is a nice clean state park. There is canoeing but no swimming. Bass fishing is really fun because we caught a few nice ones!!
Branson Missouri is a destination for many campers. There is so much to do. Fishing, swimming and water sports.
Yogi bear sites all seem to be fun. Some are a little better than the others but we have always left happy. Since you can go from rent a tent to cabin this place is great for beginning campers to the pros. The kids love yogi and all the fun activities.
This site is so popular it has over 5 million visitors a year! It's mainly due to the amazing fishing. The main attraction is bass and tons of people trying to catch the big one. Great for crappie too. Lots of water sports, fishing and boating too.
We decided to try out KOA to compare the differences to Jellystone. It seems like the pricing was pretty similar and the cabins are nice at both. I guess it's a toss up.
We spent a weekend here because we wanted to be close to six flags. I swear this place was more fun!!! There's swimming, games, lots of activities and you can go from rustic rent a tent to a really nice cabin with lots amenities!! We will be back!!
There are a total of 41 campsites, 28 can be reserved. The water is just beautiful here. Great for swimming and fishing. Very peaceful and amazing in the blue ridge mountains.
This place has the most beautiful crystal clear water and not over crowded. Great for peaceful fishing and water sports. Three different campsites but no cabins so pack up that tent!
