This site is a gem! Close to the Twin Cities yet out in the country. Mostly grass sites. Beautiful pool. Susan and Brad are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. We took our grandkids and they had a blast!
If you like to boondock with your camper, this place is awesome! We stayed just one night early March and had the place to ourselves. We pull a 26’ travel trailer. Smallish parking lot right on the lake. No amenities except pit toilets. A few miles on narrow gravel roads but worth it! Sign says closed from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM but highly unlikely anyone would ever check.
This is a great place to camp! All sites have concrete pads. Lots of room and plenty of trees. Only stayed for three nights. We requested a site far from the highway to get away from the traffic noise. Michelle was an awesome hoste’
If you like quiet/off the beaten path sites, this one is awesome. Walk in sites as well as drive in. Great (but small) swimming beach, large lake with great fishing available. No hook ups and no dump station. Sites are spaced far enough apart to give you some privacy.
