We stayed here for 3months. It is a scenic area, within walking distance to the Lake. The sites are tight, close together. The owner went out of his way to get us in for the summer. Really a good owner. A couple of the ladies in the store have personality issues. I assume just a product of their upbringing, but just not friendly at all, and not helpful. The Bathrooms & Laundry are clean and up to date. Wifi was being upgraded but it was almost non existent , might be better now. Phone service was also non existent. There was one spot on the backside of the park you could get a signal to check messages and mail. The rates are good. Daily, Weekly, monthly and also seasonal. Overall, a nice place to visit, just a little tight, and dont expect a smile at the store!
We stayed here in a 40' fifth wheel for 2 winters. Loved the area . Driving distance to Corpus, Port Aransas, Padre, Victoria, King ranch, We visited all these places. Right next to Corpus Christi Lake & park. It has Gravel roads but they are good roads. Speed bumps (and a very alert security) keep the traffic at a good speed limit. The staff is great for scheduling entertainment, outings, cleaning, & security. Bathrooms, showers, laundry are up to date & clean. Very nice game room, meeting area, and kitchen. Fast Food and Restaurants are approx 6mi. Overall we loved this place and the staff! We stayed longterm, 4mo at a time. Prices are good, Daily, weekly, monthly.
Open for only 1 week during their summer camp. Not open to the public.
We stayed 3 nights in a 40’ fifth wheel. A pull-thru site #118. All the facilities are clean and modern. Access to I-35 is easy. Approx 3mi to downtown & brick town. No nearby restaurants, but within 3 mi in any direction.
