This a great location with easy access to I-40 & I-17. They were able to accommodate us with no reservation. Clean park with lots of activities. Easy access to flagstaff.

This state park has nice views of the lake and mountains. The sun sets with a blaze in the sky. We stayed in the electric campground. It was weird to have homes right behind the campsites and the highway right there as well could be loud. The geese and song birds drowned it out though.

This campsite was great! We were able to beat the cold weather by utilizing heats in our campsites. The landscape was beautiful, with beaver dams and song birds giving us amazing views. No service so make sure to plan in advance!

Me and my family went here for night and it was great! The weather was in the teens and we were able to make it work in our tents. The morning after was cold and frigid. The valley below us made us all look upon it with awe. Be prepared to come to this campsite with supplies if plan on winter camping.
