The front desk has a person named Ann who needs some serious Customer Service Training! I called to make a reservation and she immediately put me on hold without giving me an opportunity to ask a quick question. I was on hold for 10 minutes and probably would have been longer if I continued to hold. I called back and she hung up on me as soon as the phone was answered! I called a 3rd time and finally got through to another more pleasant employee who allowed me the chance to ask my question which was “do you have tent areas”. She answered my question very respectfully which took a whole 15 seconds. I called back to complain to the Operations Manager and guess who answered my call… Ann. I told he I needed to speak to a Manager and she asked me what was it about, etc, I told her to just patch me through to a Manager. This “Operations Manager” came on the line and when I asked for his name HE got an attitude! I will make sure to pass the word to my fellow Military Veterans and friends, NOT to stay at this RV Park! This whole COVID-19 has caused many businesses to lose respect of their customers because they are now booming! WE pay good money for SERVICE and many of these businesses have forgotten that. I hope you don’t have the same experience I did, just making a Reservation!
