Would love to review the facility, but can't go there.
Made a reservation. I had read the reviews about reservations being canceled due to non-payment, so knew I would have to follow up with payment still. I'd sent the request on Friday, so during the weekend while I was away from my work computer the requests for payment came into my junk email, and I didn't see them on my phone. So, my reservation was canceled. Okay, fine.
Sunday evening when I realized this, I simply sent another reservation request. First thing Monday morning it was canceled. Weird… so I submitted another request Monday morning. IMMEDIATELY canceled. Followed by an email that said, "You had a reservation with us and you did not pay in the 24 hours I sent emails to you.and I did not pay so that make you not qualified to say here". I responded, "Hi there, The emails about payment all ended up in my junk folder, and I can’t easily see those on my phone. I monitor that folder while I’m working on my computer, but as it was over the weekend, I didn’t see them in time. I can pay immediately, if you’ll give me the chance." Response: "Your reservation has been canceled and will be canceled. you did not followed the rule making your reservation the first time that you had 24 hours to pay and you did not do that"
So, I guess I'm banned for life. Classy.
