Site we had was small, on a corner, not one bit of privacy. Dock area filled with weeds. Pool was nice but kids were obnoxious. Campground was clean but wouldn't return, not enough nice sites.
THere are a lot of sites here, some bad, some good, only a few really good. Lots of field camping if you like that. Bring a tarp for your tent, rains can be torrential. Right under Mt . Washington. Quite a few major trails right in or near campground. Bathrooms fairly clean. Nearest town has tourist tbings to do, next nearest town has huge Wal-Mart. No hookups.
A few nice sites, most are ok, some small. Ours backed up to the river and was large but hiking trail along river had a lot of traffic. Host was pleasant, campground fairly quiet. No planned activities so not great if you like that kind of thing, perfect if you don't. Trophy trout river with excellent fishing, but catch and release only.
Lit's of kids. Nicest sites are taken by seasonal. Sewer and water hookups. Safari field isn't nice, they crowd you in. Owners are nice, bathrooms are ok.
Many sites are large and private. Bathrooms are clean. Hosts sponsor activities that are fun for all, like a balloon launch, cook outs, etc. Love it there.
